MK Dons loanee Angelo Balanta has undergone surgery to repair ankle ligament damage and is set for up to four months out.
The 20-year-old Colombian winger, on a season-long loan from QPR, picked up the injury two weeks ago against Brentford and has since missed three games for Karl Robinson's men. MK Dons medical staff will shortly begin rehabilitation with Balanta with the view to him returning to action in April next year.
