Torquay winger Ian Morris says finding consistency is one of the hardest tasks of life as a footballer in League Two.
However, the 24-year-old thinks those who do manage to put in high levels of performance on a regular basis are most likely to succeed in the Football League's basement division. In a topsy-turvy season, Torquay have switched from an eight-match winless streak to four victories from five attempts in the league. That, the wide man says, shows how fortunes can change so rapidly in the fourth tier of English football. "It's part of playing at this level that you can get away with more mistakes than in League One or in the Championship," he said. "Games are really open in this league and you can find yourselves up and down very frequently. "Being consistent is the best way of stopping that from happening, and when things are going well concentration is a big part of it too."
