Slade hails Lisbie performance

Leyton Orient manager Russell Slade hailed Kevin Lisbie after his side's impressive 4-1 win at Carlisle.

All the goals came in a hectic first 45 minutes when Orient left Carlisle reeling as they built up a commanding lead. It was an x-rated showing from the Cumbrians' defence who contributed greatly to their own downfall. A double from David Mooney and further goals by Lee Cook and Ben Chorley exposed major failings in the home rearguard although Peter Murphy did briefly bring the home side level. Slade said: "He was definitely the catalyst for our performance. I thought we looked a real threat going forward. Some great deliveries into the box caused Carlisle a lot of problems and we scored some smart goals and produced good movement. "It was a sloppy goal we gave away, but we got a great response with a second and, not long after, a third goal. "Carlisle played with a lot of spirit in the second half, but we remember when we were struggling to get a result and decisions weren't going our way. Football is like winter and summer. You have to make those summers last."
