Rosler: We can overcome anyone

Brentford boss Uwe Rosler was delighted his game plan to frustrate Swindon paid off after the 1-0 win at the County Ground.

Clayton Donaldson's volley 13 minutes into the second half was enough to earn the in-form Bees a win to take them level on points with Paolo Di Canio's sixth-placed Robins. The former Crewe striker could have netted as early as the 12th minute but for a smart save from home goalkeeper Wes Foderingham to push wide his well-hit drive. At the other end, Bees keeper Simon Moore produced a superb stop to keep out debutant Chris Martin's piledriver and condemn Swindon to their fifth home defeat of the season. Rosler said: "We've done well. Swindon are a very good team and I saw them hold Sheffield United in a good performance. We held our shape well in the first 20 minutes and Swindon's best chance came when our goalkeeper was fouled. "We knew we had to do more in the second half, worked hard for 15 minutes and then went 4-4-2 and got exactly what we wanted as we restricted Swindon to the long ball game. I believe we can beat anyone in this division."
