Nyalfi wants more of the same

Gillingham teenage striker Nathan Nyalfi was delighted at grabbing the limelight with his debut goal against Burton.

Teenager Nyalfi, 19, came off the bench on Saturday to score with his first touch just moments into his first appearance for manager Martin Allen as the League Two champions ended their season with a 3-2 defeat at the Pirelli Stadium. The youngster was told he could leave the club in March, but after Allen had a change of heart, Nyalfi is now ready to make the most of his second chance after the perfect start to his Gills career. He told the Kent News: "It felt surreal and like I was dreaming. "I couldn't have asked for anything better. To score my first goal on my debut with my first touch is a great way to end the season. "I don't know if I will score one like that again but now I just have to work hard and go again next year. After having a little taste of it, now I want more."
