Swindon midfielder Lee Cox, on loan with League Two strugglers Plymouth Argyle, will not play again this season.

The 22-year-old told his Twitter followers that he has torn shoulder ligaments and will be out of action for six months. Cox tweeted: "Gotta have surgery and gonna be out for 6 months bad times but gonna stay positive." The former Leicester trainee suffered the injury in Argyle's 1-0 win over Exeter on March 30, his 10th appearance for the Pilgrims, and Cox has been sidelined since.
