Anyinsah loving Pirates life

Joe Anyinsah has admitted he is excited by the strength in depth of the Bristol Rovers squad.

The 27-year-old, who has scored five times in 30 appearances for the Pirates this term, thinks the abundance of talent at manager Mark McGhee's disposal can only stand the West Country club in good stead as they look to finish the season off on a high. "I find it quite exciting. As a professional footballer, I want to be playing in every single game but I know that it's not going to happen because of injuries or suspension or tactics," he said. "Now there's a lot of players here, good players, playing for only a few positions. "That's a good kind of competition and we should all enjoy it, and hopefully it will show in our performances in games as well."
