Kiradech Aphibarnrat throws everything at a big drive during GolfSixes

Kiradech Aphibarnrat embraced the fun factor at the inaugural GolfSixes as he launched himself into his final drive of the day at Centurion.
Aphibarnrat and Thailand partner Thongchai Jaidee were already assured of victory over Scotland towards the end of the third session as they arrived on the sixth and final tee armed with a 3-0 lead.
The par-five closing hole was playing downwind and offers an inviting drive, with those finding the short grass setting up a great chance of a birdie. Aphibarnrat decided to entertain the crowd by giving it his all.
The charismatic 27-year-old, a three-time winner on the European Tour, threw caution to the wind and almost came out of his shoes as he took an almighty swipe with the driver.
It could hardly have been described as a textbook swing, but the result was all that mattered as he found the centre of the fairway, although it did not prevent Scotland gaining a consolation point with a winning birdie.
