A TV cameraman shows quick reflexes to take evasive action and avoid being hit by Marc Leishman's ball on the final hole at the Dell Technologies Championship

Marc Leishman was grateful for the quick reflexes of a television cameraman in a bizarre incident on the final hole of the Dell Technologies Championship.

The Aussie was staring another bogey in the face when he found a ditch with his second shot which narrowly cleared the water at the front of the green, and he left himself a tricky pitch with precious little backswing.

He decided to give it a stab, but his ball veered off to the right and straight at the cameraman who was standing just a few yards away, although he displayed impressive reflexes and some nifty footwork to avoid being hit.

Had he not taken evasive action in time, Leishman's ball would probably have bounced back into the hazard, but he still could not get up and down from the other side of the green as closed out a disappointing day with a six.
