Helen Housby's magic moment in the 2014 Grand Final

With the countdown on to the Vitality Superleague Grand Final, we look back to 2014 when Manchester Thunder and Surrey Storm contested the season finale.

After last Saturday's semi-finals saw Thunder see off Team Bath and Surrey edge off local rivals Hertfordshire Mavericks we are set for a repeat of 2014's memorable showpiece.

Saturday's finalists both made their way to the Grand Final two years ago, held at the Worcester University Arena and it was Storm who were seen as the favourites having come through the season unbeaten.

Thunder provided the opposition, as they will do this weekend and in a thrilling contest there was little to choose between the teams throughout all four quarters.

As time ebbed away, we wanted to see whose nerve would hold up best and it was 19-year-old Helen Housby who took centre stage.

Hit play on the video above to see Housby beat the buzzer to wrap up Manchester's second Superleague title in the last seconds of the domestic season.
