Sara Bayman has not been included in England Netball’s first Quad Series squad.

Despite captaining the last international series, Bayman was a surprise omission from a 15-player squad that could hand debuts to Beth Cobden, Summer Artman and Natalie Panagarry.

England Netball have told Sky Sports that Bayman made herself unavailable and chose not to trial for this squad, but no reason was given.

Head coach Tracey Neville has named seasoned campaigners Jade Clarke, Serena Guthrie, Jo Harten and Geva Mentor in the group.
