Sky Sports will show exclusively live coverage of the 2015 Netball World Cup in Sydney, the sport’s biggest competition.

The world’s top teams, including defending champions Australia, will compete at Sydney’s Olympic Park in August and Sky Sports will show all the key matches, including live coverage of England games, the semi-finals and final.

With the spotlight on the sport in Women's Sport Week we asked our resident Netball expert Anita Navin to select 10 players who look set to make a big impact at this year's competition...

Please Note: Final squads are yet to be selected by participants. The 10 chosen players have been highlights for their form in the domestic leagues.

Maria Tutaia, New Zealand

The Northern Mystics Goal Attack has been leading the franchise this season where she has stepped up to not only playing a first class game herself, but also ensure she supports her team. The 28-year-old, who is one of the most recognisable faces in the sport, has brilliant shooting accuracy - especially from distance - and is proving to be a perfect partner for fellow Silver Fern Catherine Latu at Goal Shooter.

The England shooter has become one of the most admired players in the world in recent years. With her consistent form at international level and the accuracy in the ANZ - where she has been netting 100% recently for club side Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic - Harten is confident in her shooting and commanding the circle for her team.

Medhurst has been a stalwart of Australian netball over the last five years with consistent accuracy, an incredible work rate and unselfish feeding to domestic and international teammate Caitlin Bassett. The pair have formed an unstoppable partnership in the circle with Medhurst adding her great court craft in and around the circle edge

Aussie Diamonds captain Geitz is a born leader on court and is always flying for more intercepts. The circle defender is a tight one-on-one with bags full of experience. Her calls and fast switches in defence are superb all while being a ruthless winner.

The Silver Ferns Centre has an incredibly high work rate in the mid-court along with a very low error rate. Langman has often been the inspiration for club side Northern Mystics, where she plays alongside Tutaia and Latu. Her court intelligence and skill level saw her win the World's best Netballer title in 2013.

Kim Ravaillion of the Diamonds catches the ball uring the International Netball Test match between the New Zealand Silver

The Queensland Firebirds Centre played for the Australian Diamonds before taking the court with an ANZ franchise and that's quite a feat. Creative and powerful through the mid-court, Ravaillion also has terrific speed around the circle edge which ensures she has a prime position to feed shooters.

Kumwenda is one of the most exciting netballers to watch in the world. Her elevation is incredible and she fights terrifically hard in each game for her club side Mainland Tactix. She now flows fluently in and around the circle and with more moves up her sleeve she is one to watch for Malawi this summer.

Named 2014's Best Netballer in the World, Goal Keeper Mentor is a tower of strength for England with ability to take the intercept around the circle edge. The England team veteran plays by example and moves around her shooter with ease.

In her first ANZ season with Northern Mystics Guthrie has caused a great deal of disruptions in the mid-court on defence. The Wing Defence has played up against the best Wing Attacks in the world and has improved her body angles when defending, plus her vision to see and hunt down the ball.
