Eligibility

1. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of NFL International LLC ("Sponsor"), the NFL Parties (defined as NFL Properties LLC, the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions LLC and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, partners, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, "Released Parties"), and each such individual's immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. Any British Sky Broadcasting Group company ("Sky"), companies associated with the promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the promotion.

Promotional Period

1. This promotion opens at 12:00pm on 9 September 2015 and all entries must be received by 11.59pm on 9 September 2015 (the "Promotional Period").

Entry Requirements

1. During the Promotion Period, tune into Sky Sports News and watch for Jim White to announce which of the four (4) NFL team locations he will be visiting. Upon Jim White's announcement, tweet the hashtag #NFL32Live along with the names of any of the four (4) team locations (i.e. Pittsburgh) to receive one (1) entry ("Entry"). NOTE: Accuracy of the team locations will not be judged and has no impact on your chances to win.

1. Limit one (1) Entry per Twitter for the duration of the Promotion Period. Entries received from any Twitter Handle in excess of the above stated limitation will be void. The use of script, macro or automated devices (or any other devices or practices intended to automate or subvert any aspect of Entry) to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and any Entry through such means, and any Entry that is deemed to be ineligible (at Sponsor's sole discretion and in accordance with these Official Rules), will be void. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on the Twitter Handle submitted, Entry will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the Twitter Handle from which said Entry was submitted provided such individual is eligible according to these Official Rules. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, inaccurate or undelivered tweets, follow requests, Twitter Direct Messages ("DM") or Entries, or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of DM's, tweets or Entries, the announcement of a prize, for any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer or other device relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or other Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any Entries or Follow requests of entrants and disqualify such entrants whom Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes and/or who are in violation of these Official Rules.

Winner Selection and notification

1. Four (4) Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected on or about 11 September 2015 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. By participating, entrants agree to the terms of these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. Potential winners will be notified via Twitter DM by Sponsor from the @NFL Twitter handle and must respond within three (3) days with full contact information and will then be required to execute and return to Sponsor a Certificate of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release within three (3) days of issuance of notification. Each Grand Prize winner's guest will be asked to execute and return a Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release.

Prizes

1. Each Grand Prize winner will receive a four (4)-day/three (3)-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to winner's choice of one (1) of the four (4) NFL cities visited by Jim White. Trip includes round trip economy air transportation from a major international airport nearest winner's residence to selected NFL city in U.S., standard room hotel accommodations (one (1) room double occupancy for three (3) nights, and two (2) tickets to an NFL game in the winner's chosen NFL city (Maximum Retail Value of each trip: £2500). Actual value of prize may vary based upon location of winner's residence. Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety (and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner) and, at Sponsor's discretion, may be awarded to an alternate. Travel and accommodation restrictions and other restrictions may apply. Winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, passports and/or visas prior to travel. Released Parties are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. In the event the game is postponed and/or rescheduled, no compensation or substitution for such portion of the prize will be provided; however, the remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of the prize and removal from event. Released Parties reserve the right to remove or to deny attendance to any winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game. The tickets are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon. If unused, tickets cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash value or substitute tickets. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. All prizes are awarded "as is" without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, any transportation (unless otherwise provided as outlined above), food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, and other miscellaneous travel expenses (if applicable) are winner's sole responsibility. Total Maximum Value of all prizes to be awarded: £10,000.

Data Protection

1. Any entrant data collected will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winners to notify them of the prize and, if you are the winner, we may pass them on to third parties to deliver the prize.

General

1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Twitter. Facebook and Twitter are in no way responsible for any aspect of this promotion. The promoter does not accept any responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

1. There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

1. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

1. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from the enjoyment of the prize; and/or any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize beyond the Promoter's control; and for any act or default of any third party supplier.      

1. The terms and conditions of any other third party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.

1. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

1. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants.  No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.

1. Details of the prize winners' full name and county will be available for one month after the close of this promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address below and stating the name and date of the promotion.

1. The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter, other entrants or Sky staff which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.  

1. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.

1. This promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.  You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this promotion.
