Tyler Eifert has been lauded by his Cincinnati Bengals team-mates after a match-winning display against the Cleveland Browns on Thursday night.
The Bengals improved their season to a perfect 8-0 after a 31-10 victory against the Browns, with Eifert notching three touchdowns.
As if his 6ft 6in frame was not difficult enough for opponents to deal with, the tight end has displayed remarkable ability in the end zone this season to emerge as a stand-out player for the Bengals.
"Tyler is a wide receiver trapped in a big body," said team-mate AJ Green, via NFL.com.
"Because the way he runs routes and the way he's getting in and out of his breaks is unbelievable."
Eifert caught five passes for 53 yards against the Browns, as well as scoring a hat-trick of touchdowns.
He has formed an intimidating partnership with Andy Dalton, who has also developed into a top NFL quarterback largely on the back of using Eifert to great effect.
"He scored touchdowns on three different types of plays," Dalton said.
"There's not much he can't do. That's what's so big."
Eifert's nine touchdowns are the most in the NFL - and all of them have come in the red zone, highlighting the problems that his physique causes for defences.
"If they are going to put one person on him, we know he's going to have a field day," added Marvin Jones.
