Philadelphia quarterback Carson Wentz made the perfect start to his NFL career last week, passing for almost 300 yards and 2 touchdowns in the Eagles' week one 29-10 win against the Cleveland Browns.
The second overall pick made few mistakes and showed a good relationship with wide receivers Jordan Matthews and Nelson Agholor, despite missing the majority of preseason.
In contrast, Chicago struggled to protect quarterback Jay Cutler, who was hit 13 times by the Texans defense, as the Bears slipped to a 23-13 loss.
Pernell McPhee, arguably the best pass rusher in Chicago, is still recovering from offseason knee surgery, while Eagles tight end Zach Ertz will also miss the game because of a rib injury sustained in week one.
Bears fans won't want to be reminded of the last time these two sides met, when the Eagles dominated Chicago, winning 54-12 in 2013.
Key match ups
Alshon Jeffery made 105 yards on only four receptions last week, and will be a key figure in the Chicago attack. The Eagles are missing their top corner Leodis McKelvin, and it will fall on Ron Brooks or rookie Jalen Mills to keep Jeffery quiet.
Wentz is sure to face a tougher task against an aggressive Bears defense. The Bears are 9-1 against rookie quarterbacks and defensive coordinator Vic Fangio will look to blitz where possible, piling pressure on the rookie.
