Carson Wentz threw a 73 yard touchdown pass to Darren Sproles as the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 34-3 to maintain their 100% start to the season.
With less than two minutes to play, Colts quarterback Andrew Luck threw to T.Y Hilton who scored a 63 yard touchdown to give Indianapolis their first victory, coming from behind to beat the San Diego Chargers 26-22.
The Washington Redskins got their first win of the season, a 29-27 victory against NFC East divisional rivals the New York Giants. Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins threw 44 and 55 yard touchdown passes to DeSean Jackson and Jamison Crowder respectively, whilst Giants wideout Odell Beckham Jnr is still yet to find the endzone this season.
The Buffalo Bills upset the Arizona Cardinals in a 33-18 win, with running back LeSean McCoy scoring twice and rushing for 110 yards. Bills safety Aaron Williams returned a field goal snap for a 53 yard touchdown as Buffalo registered their first victory of 2016.
Elsewhere, Seattle Seahawks running back Christine Michael got his first score of the season with a 41 yard run as the Seahawks beat the San Francisco 49ers.
