Donald Trump in fresh Twitter tirade against NFL protests

Donald Trump has again taken to social media to criticise NFL players who kneel during the national anthem to protest racism and police brutality.
The US President's latest Twitter outburst came after New York Giants player Olivier Vernon 'took a knee' during the anthem ahead of their Thanksgiving game against the Washington Redskins.
"Can you believe that the disrespect for our Country, our Flag, our Anthem continues without penalty to the players," Trump wrote.
He then took aim at NFL commissioner Roger Goodell: "The Commissioner has lost control of the hemorrhaging [sic] league. Players are the boss!"
Trump's rant was in response to a Tweet from his social media chief Dan Scavino, who had shared a story about Vernon taking the knee during the anthem.
The NFL protests have been a frequent target for Trump since San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick began kneeling during the pre-game national anthem last year.
