Now with the Raiders, then-Packers tight end Cook played a big part in getting Green Bay to last year's NFC Championship game with this spectacular sideline grab. With under 20 seconds left, on third down, Aaron Rodgers picked out Cook downfield, who somehow kept both feet in bounds with his diving effort. It gave the Packers a 51-yard field-goal attempt with three seconds on the clock for the win.
