Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry officially signed his five-year extension with the team on Friday.
The team tweeted out a picture of the 25-year-old signing his contract.
According to previous reports, the deal is worth $75.5m with $47m guaranteed, with the latter figure ranking third among all NFL wideouts. His annual average of $15.1m ranks fifth at the position.
Landry was set to make about $16m on the franchise tag in 2018 absent an extension.
The Browns traded fourth and seventh-round picks to Miami to acquire Landry, who earned $894,000 when he led the NFL with 112 receptions in 2017 but fell short of 1,000 yards by 13. He also caught a career-high nine touchdowns.
In 2017, all Browns wide receivers combined for 134 receptions and seven receiving TDs.
Landry has committed his future to a Browns team that have won just one game over the past two seasons but he insists he is excited about the opportunity.
"I keep saying it. I keep talking about it. I think when I say it not too many people believe me. And even still, I don't think not too many people still believe me," Landry told the media after signing the deal.
"But I am very excited about the opportunity that's in front of us, about the guys in this building, about the coaches in this building, about the city of Cleveland and I am looking forward to it."
While his 400 receptions are the most ever by a player through four NFL seasons, Landry's 10.1 yards per catch is the second-lowest average in NFL history among wide receivers with at least 250 career catches (Danny Amendola, 9.7).
