The improving Dragons have just one victory to their name this season and we unlucky against Wigan last time out while the Broncos are winless in the new campaign.
It will be the first Challenge Cup-tie between the two clubs but the Dragons have won their last eight Super League meetings with the Broncos, whose last victory was at the 2011 Magic Weekend in Cardiff.
Dragons prop Jeff Lima, who won the Lance Todd Trophy as man of the match in Wigan's Wembley win over Leeds in 2011, returns for the fourth-round clash following a two-match ban.
Loose forward Jason Baitieri, the club's co-captain, and centre Vincent Duport are also set to face the Broncos after recovering from injury.
Rested
Coach Laurent Frayssinous rests the other co-captain Greg Mounis and former Bradford second rower Elliott Whitehead and called up reserve team hooker Joan Guasch for the first time.
The two teams played each other in a pre-season friendly in Perpignan and will also meet in the Magic Weekend in Manchester next month.
Stand-off James Woodburn-Hall comes in for hooker James Cunningham as the only change to last week's 19-man squad that suffered a heavy home defeat to Castleford Tigers.
"We are excited about going over there," London coach Tony Rea said. "It's obviously a place we're very familiar with as a squad and we enjoy travelling to France."
