Huddersfield are set to be without Danny Brough for two Super League games, after the experienced half-back was charged with dangerous contact in the Challenge Cup defeat by Catalans Dragons.
The 35-year-old was handed a two-match penalty notice for the Grade B offence and will miss the fixtures against Leeds and Catalans if he does not challenge the charge.
Rhinos prop Anthony Mullally could also sit out Friday's game at Headingley after he was given a one-match penalty notice for raising a knee in a tackle.
Mullally missed two matches last month after being charged with illegal use of his knees in four separate incidents during Leeds' cup victory at Widnes.
Peter Mata'utia and Matty Dawson will face a tribunal after the match review panel issued Grade E charges following their dismissals in Leigh's quarter-final loss to Leeds.
Full-back Mata'utia was sent off early on for a dangerous throw on Rhinos hooker Matt Parcell and winger Dawson followed suit in the closing stages for questioning the integrity of the match official.
The panel issued cautions to Wigan full-back Sam Tomkins (raising knee in tackle), Castleford forward Alex Foster (other contrary behaviour), Huddersfield pair Daniel Smith and Sebastine Ikahihifo (both dangerous contact) and Leigh half-back Ben Reynolds (disputing decision).
