"Alex Walker will train with the first team but continue playing for the under-19s this season.”

Head of youth Darren Higgins said: "Alex has had an outstanding season in the under-19s and demonstrates the high levels of professionalism and attitude that we are looking for in our players.

"I'm delighted that his attitude, commitment and hard work have been recognised and rewarded with a full-time contract.”
