Former Wembley kings Widnes have been handed a home tie against amateurs Wigan St Judes in the third round of the Carnegie Challenge Cup.
Cumbrian amateurs Wath Brow Hornets, who claimed a semi-professional scalp by knocking out London Skolars last season, face a sterner test this time against Championship club Leigh Centurions.
Keighley face French opposition for the second successive year but, after disposing of Pia in 2009, face a tough ask against Championship side Toulouse.
France's other representatives, Limoux and Lezignan, will fancy their chances of making progress after being paired with Championship One clubs London Skolars and Rochdale Hornets respectively.
Welsh champions Blackwood Bulldogs' reward for their away win over Edinburgh Eagles is a trip to Oldham.
"It's another tough tie but we'll go up there with confidence as we want to pull off a shock and bring a Super League side to Glan-yr-Afon Park," said Blackwood chairman Andrew Smith.
The 14 Super League clubs will enter the competition at the fourth-round stage on the weekend of April 16-18.
