Kyle Edmund reaches Winston-Salem Open semi-finals

Kyle Edmund produced a superb comeback against home favourite Steve Johnson to progress into the semi-finals of the Winston-Salem Open.
Edmund, who needed to qualify for the event, dropped the opening set on the way to the last four after beating American Johnson 5-7 6-3 6-3.
It was a tight contest between the British No 2 and the world No 46 as they shared the opening 11 games before Johnson earned the first break and move one set up.
The Briton took a medical timeout for a shoulder injury before the start of the second set, but that did not seem to hamper the 22-year-old as he stormed back to take the match into a decider courtesy of two breaks.
Edmund started the final set by rattling off three successive games before Johnson got on the board, and the world No 45 secured his place in the last four after the duo shared the next six games.
He will take on Bosnian Damir Dzumhur for a place in the final. Dzumhur defeated South Korean Chung Hyeon 6-4 6-2.
Dzumhur is in his second semi-final of the season, having reached the last four at Los Cabos in Mexico earlier this month.
Top seed Roberto Bautista Agut stayed on track for a return to the final with a 6-2 7-6 (7-3) quarter-final win over Taylor Fritz.
The Spaniard, who fell in last year's final of the US Open tune-up event to compatriot Pablo Carreno Busta, did not face a break point as he dispatched Fritz in 89 minutes.
"I think it was a great match," said Bautista Agut, who will be playing his fifth semi-final of the season. He won the title this year in Chennai. "I played very solid... I played very aggressive."
He next faces Germany's Jan-Lennard Struff, who edged Croatian Borna Coric 6-4 7-6 (7-2).
