Canadian fights gamely before passing out to Coquina Clutch

Tye Dillinger cut a dejected figure following a valiant defeat to NXT Champion Samoa Joe in Ottawa on Wednesday night.
The Canadian spoke before his non-title tussle with Joe about how he needed a win to prove he belongs in NXT, but he came up short after passing out to the champion's Coquina Clutch.
Dillinger put in an excellent display in his homeland, though Joe pounced after wriggling free of his rival's attempted Tye-Breaker neckbreaker to administer a powerbomb.
Dillinger struggled to accept his defeat, walking out of a backstage interview after almost welling up.
NXT Women's Champion Asuka was also victorious in Canada, running through Nicole Matthews in a non-title match before stating that she wanted competition as "there isn't any left".
Plus, No Way Jose lost to Eric Young after his opponent's SAnitY cohorts Alexander Wolfe, Sawyer Fulton and Scottish star Nikki Cross interfered.
Wolfe, Fulton and Cross distracted Jose allowing Young to plant him with a wheelbarrow neckbreaker for the victory - Cross then adding to Jose's woe with a top-rope dropkick.
