Randy Orton is known as one of the most feared and wily competitors in WWE but that will put to the test this weekend at Battleground.
Orton takes on WWE Champion Jinder Mahal in a Punjabi Prison match, live on Sky Sports Box Office at 1am on Monday.
But he has a chequered record at the pay-per-view, as you can see in the video above.
Last year was arguably his biggest triumph at Battleground and he wasn't even in a match.
Orton returned to WWE after missing nine months with a shoulder injury by hitting Chris Jericho with an RKO during his 'Highlight Reel' show.
The message was he was back and not to be messed with ahead of a brutal showdown against Brock Lesnar that he'd go on to lose at SummerSlam the next month.
Battleground two years ago was also a success for 'The Viper', where he beat Sheamus in the night's opening bout.
But the first two versions of the pay-per-view did not go according to plan.Orton was beaten by old rival John Cena in 2014 in a Fatal 4-way match also involving Roman Reigns and Kane for the WWE Championship.
Orton did manage to hit an RKO on Reigns but it wasn't enough as Cena eventually picked up the pin.
2013 wasn't much better for Orton, who was again challenging for the WWE Championship.
He was on the verge of losing to Daniel Bryan before Big Show came down to the ring to knock both men out and end the contest.
Orton's a future Hall of Famer but his record at Battleground of one win, one loss and one no contest will annoy him.
He'd love to rectify that by taking home the title against Jinder Mahal this weekend.
