Emotions are a part of life but sometimes life can get the better of you.
As you can see in the video above, even the biggest names in WWE history have succumb to a teary moment or two on camera.
WWE has complied a top 10 list of crying superstars and some surprise names are on it.
Anyone that's followed Kurt Angle's career knows he's partial to tears when celebrating or commiserating.
Angle's first WWE Championship win was at No Mercy in 2000 and the emotion was too much for the Olympic gold medallist to contain.
We saw last week on RAW too that Angle hasn't lost his emotional edge, crying when announcing Jason Jordan was his son.
Ric Flair is one of the most ruthless men to enter a WWE ring but he has one weakness, his daughter Charlotte.
Flair has been ringside for some of his daughter's biggest accomplishments in the company, which has left the proud father weepy.
As did the moment Charlotte turned her back on him in May last year, which is also in the video above.
Legends including Kane, Steve Austin and Big Show are all mentioned, as is the Vince McMahon.
It'll be interesting to see whether you agree with WWE's Top 10.
