WWE legend The Rock has received a major accolade for his film career after being given his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The Rock - real name Dwayne Johnson - was given the 2,624th star on the famous Los Angeles pavement, becoming only the second person with a wrestling connection to do so, after Vince McMahon.
"This is such a monumental moment and significant time for me," said the 45-year-old, who was reported by Forbes magazine as having earned $65m (£48m) in 2017, a figure which makes him the second highest paid actor in the world.
His legacy in WWE will never be forgotten, and Stephanie McMahon led the tributes to one of the all-time greats with a post on Instagram.
"He's an Executive Producer, an entrepreneur and the head of his own media empire... but of course, I'll always know him as the most electrifying man in sports entertainment, @TheRock," read the post.
"While you were already immortalized in WWE, entertaining millions upon millions, it's only fitting you are now officially a part of the Hollywood constellation. Congratulations on receiving your own star on The Hollywood Walk of Fame today!"
The Rock made his debut 21 years ago and his most recent WWE match was at WrestleMania 32, where he beat Erick Rowan in six seconds.
He is currently working alongside Stephen Merchant to produce a movie based on the life of WWE superstar Paige entitled Fighting With My Family.
