Rite Of Passage will begin his build-up to the Ascot Gold Cup in the Saval Beg Stakes at Leopardstown on May 29.
Dermot Weld's seven-year-old won the staying blue riband at the Royal Meeting and is still unbeaten on the Flat.
He recently enjoyed a gallop away from Weld's Rosehill Stables and the legendary trainer is content with his current condition.
"We're happy with him at the present time and the plan is to run him in the Saval Beg at Leopardstown next weekend and go forward from there," said Weld.
"He worked away about two weeks ago and worked extremely well, so we're taking it from there."
