Racing 92 forwards coach Laurent Travers says Italy prop Martin Castrogiovanni has "hurt his club and his team-mates" after pictures of him in Las Vegas with Zlatan Ibrahimovic surfaced on social media over the weekend.
Castrogiovanni was suspended by the Top 14 side after it emerged he had been in Vegas with various Paris Saint-Germain players, including Ibrahimovic, David Luiz, Angel Di Maria and Marco Veratti while his team featured in Sunday's Champions Cup semi-final success against Leicester Tigers.
The 34-year-old was not picked for that game after he had told his club he had to return home to Argentina on family business.
But Castrogiovanni was caught out when Ibrahimovic posted photographs of him in the Nevada casino city on his Instagram account and the veteran forward was subsequently suspended by the club.
"He hurt the club and his team-mates," said Racing's forwards coach Laurent Travers.
"And in some ways, he has hurt the entire staff. His attitude was too serious to accept this type of behaviour.
"He broke a number of established rules and when you speak about rules, you are also talking about rigour and respect."
