Director of professional cricket Martyn Moxon admits Yorkshire could become victims of their own success this season.

Yorkshire director of professional cricket Martyn Moxon admits international call-ups are likely to test his young squad to the limit in 2010.
Tim Bresnan impressed on England's tour of Bangladesh during the winter and fellow Tykes bowlers Ajmal Shahzad, Adil Rashid and David Wainwright are also on the fringes of the England set-up.
Moxon is resigned to losing at least Bresnan for a large part of the summer, meaning some of Yorkshire's inexperienced squad members will have to "step up to the plate".
"Obviously Tim Bresnan did well out in Bangladesh so there's an expectation he'll probably be away with England most of the summer," said Moxon.
"Ajmal, with the couple of chances he got, showed what he's capable of so he's knocking on the door.
"It's part of your job as a county coach to produce players for England so it's good when your players do get picked but it does challenge you then to replace them. It is a double-edged sword.
"We set out this season to challenge our young players - we're very much a work in progress so it's a team that's developing and it will be interesting to see, when the young players are called upon, how well they can step up to the plate.
"So there's a little bit of an unknown there, but the unknown is quite exciting."
Rashid praise
Leg-spinner Rashid has already been part of a number of England squads but Moxon contacted national selector Geoff Miller earlier this year to express his concern about the lack of playing time the 22-year-old was getting.
Moxon continued: "I think they're going to monitor his performances with us and then we'll see what happens. The last 12 months he hasn't really bowled that many match overs.
"He needs to play to develop his skill. It's a difficult art to master, leg-spin bowling, and hopefully he'll get a chance to play for us this summer and continue that development.
"He is a fantastic natural cricketer, both with the bat and the ball. Hopefully we can help to develop him to eventually become a regular feature in the England team.
"All I can control is the work that Adil's doing here and help him build up his confidence again to bowl well and bat well for Yorkshire."
