Keaton Jennings cracked a second hundred in two days as Durham dominated Somerset on day two of their County Championship clash at Emirates Riverside.
Graham Onions took 4-62 as Somerset were skittled out for 179, sharing six wickets with Chris Rushworth (3-70) in their opening spells as Somerset slipped to 85-7 - Chris Rogers run out for 23 a ball after Onions took his fourth.
With a first innings lead of 77 banked, Jennings then followed up his first-innings 116 with 105 not out as Durham closed on 223-4, Paul Collingwood also unbeaten on 39.
Surrey's star-studded batting line-up failed to avoid the follow-on against Nottinghamshire, slipping to 225 all out at Trent Bridge, Jackson Bird taking 4-56.
A succession of batsmen failed to capitalise on strong starts; Kumar Sangakkara (32), Jason Roy (28) and Ben Foakes (38) particularly guilty, as Notts pressed home their advantage on day two following their first-innings 446.
Surrey reached 14-0 after six overs of their second innings at stumps.
No play was possible on day two of Hampshire's game with Worcestershire at the Ageas Bowl due to rain.
Keith Barker took five wickets before lunch as Warwickshire bossed day one, Hampshire reduced to 59-6, although Ryan McLaren's unbeaten 84 helped them up to 189-8.
Further bad news emerged on day two for Hampshire, with Reece Topley suffering a fracture to his right hand on the opening day - hit by a Boyd Rankin bouncer - which could force him out for as long as a month.
