Australia have appointed former South Africa paceman Allan Donald as bowling coach for this year's tour of Sri Lanka.
Donald, nicknamed White Lightning for his fearsome pace during a playing career which brought 330 Test wickets at 22.25, will join the Aussies on the tour between July and September.
The 49-year-old left a similar role with South Africa last year, while Craig McDermott stood down from the Australia job after the recent World T20 tournament in India.
Head coach Darren Lehmann said: "Allan brings a wealth of experience with him and our guys will benefit greatly from having him around.
"His Test record speaks for itself and he was without a doubt one of the most formidable bowlers of his generation.
"He has also had considerable success in sub-continent conditions and will bring a fresh perspective, and challenge some of our thinking."
Former Aussie Test batsman Stuart Law will also travel to Sri Lanka as a temporary replacement for batting coach Greg Blewett, whose second child is due round the time of the tour, while Australia expect to appoint a permanent successor to McDermott by the end of the year.
Lehmann will take time off during June's tri-nations series in the Caribbean, where Justin Langer will take overall control of a backroom team featuring Adam Griffith as bowling coach and Graeme Hick as an assistant.
Australia play three Tests, five one-day internationals and two T20 games in Sri Lanka this summer.
