India's Jhulan Goswami has become the leading wicket-taker in Women's one-day international history.

Goswami took 3-20 in India's seven-wicket Quadrangular Series win over South Africa, taking her career haul tally to 181, eclipsing Australian Cathryn Fitzpatrick's previous mark of 180.

The fast bowler, who boasts best bowling figures of 6-31, has taken 181 wickets in 153 matches at an average of 21.76.

Goswami, who was named ICC Women's Cricketer of the Year in 2007, will spearhead India's quest to win their first ever ICC Women's World Cup later this summer.

The World Cup returns to England this year for the first time since 1993, with India taking on the hosts in the tournament opener in Derby.
