The Open: Henrik Stenson enjoys a Q&A with a car en route to Birkdale

Henrik Stenson began his journey to Royal Birkdale with an entertaining interview with an amazing concept car ahead of The 146th Open.
Stenson was understandably reluctant to rush to hand back the Claret Jug he won in record-breaking style at Royal Troon last year, but he was given an extra few minutes with his "baby" as he took part in a Q&A with the space-age Mercedes.
After discussing his time as the Champion Golfer of the Year, the charismatic Swede was driven to the famous Southport links to prepare to defend his title.
And the first order of business was to hand over the iconic trophy to R&A chief executive Martin Slumbers on the first tee, but Stenson will be doing everything in his power to be the last man standing once again on Sunday evening.
