Oliver Sherwood's charge has won each of his four starts to date, scoring twice in bumper company and twice over obstacles, most recently when landing an Ascot Grade Two before Christmas.
Jeremy Scott has two possibles in Melodic Rendezvous, who won the Grade One Tolworth Hurdle last time, and Kilmurvy - although the former has alternative engagements at Doncaster and in Ireland over the weekend.
Pendra chased home Melodic Rendezvous in the Tolworth and he is entered again here, but trainer Charlie Longsdon is not certain about his participation.
The five-year-old was bought by owner JP McManus following his Tolworth second.
"He's in this weekend at Exeter but I haven't spoken to JP McManus or (racing manager) Frank Berry yet. I think he might wait and go to Ascot the following week instead," Longsdon said.
"He's not entered in the novice races at Cheltenham but he might go for the Coral Cup."
Alan King has a couple of useful prospects in Seventh Sign and Valdez, while Caid Du Berlais and Mr Mole comprise Paul Nicholls' possible party. Zarzal, Meganisi and Lordofthehouse are other notable contenders at this stage.
