The five-year-old was trained by Kevin Prendergast to land the Phoenix Stakes at the Curragh as a juvenile, when she defeated the colts, and the Matron Stakes at Leopardstown last September.
Her other win from 16 starts came on her debut at Limerick in June 2011.
La Collina has gone to owners' Joerg and Diana Vasicek's Kenilworth House Stud at Clonmel in County Tipperary.
"She's been retired to stud. She'd done enough. She'd won two Group Ones and she was very consistent," said Prendergast.
"She'll be based at the owner's stud in Tipperary, but she'll be going over to visit Dubawi at the stud (Dalham Hall) in England.
"She's a good mare, very attractive and please God she can breed a champion by Dubawi."
Chris Hayes, her rider for her last six starts, tweeted: "La Collina retired to stud. My first Group One, brilliant mare and I hope she enjoys her time raising champions like her."
