The Chris Waller-trained four-year-old has won his last three races, two of which at the highest level.
He is now due to race in Qatar Bloodstock's claret and gold silks in his final season before being retired to stud.
Should his campaign run smoothly, Zoustar is likely to head to Royal Ascot in June.
Sheikh Fahad told www.anzbloodstocknews.com: "I was able to inspect Zoustar with my bloodstock advisor David Redvers following his dominant win the Coolmore Stud Stakes at Flemington.
"This colt represents everything that is great about Australian horses.
"He is strong, masculine and incredibly fast and I am very excited about the prospects of him racing in Europe and ultimately retiring to stud."
