The 2006 Derby-winning jockey was dramatically unseated from Columbian Roulette when three lengths clear of the field in a one-mile handicap.
He was taken to hospital for observation after being knocked unconscious for several minutes and has been treated for concussion.
"I feel really good. I've been doing a lot of physio and rehab at Oaksey House," Dwyer told At The Races. "I'm just working my way up to pass the concussion test.
"I'm working my way up to full fitness and should be back in the saddle the first week of March, hopefully."
