Loughborough Lightning vs Celtic Dragons. Sir David Wallace Sports Hall. Nat Panagarry.

Nat Panagarry talks about the British Fast5 All-Stars Championship and we've also got up close and personal with the Loughborough Lightning captain.

The mid-court player is known for her work-rate during matches which is why she has been called up by England Roses.

Her no-nonsense attitude sets a fantastic example for others and we're sure to see it for ourselves when she takes to the court at The O2 in London, live on Sky Sports this Saturday, on Sky Sports Mix & Arena from 5pm.

Five questions about Fast5...

What makes this format special?

I just think it's really quick, which is what makes it so special. It's really exciting not just for the fans, but also for the players. There are going to be less players on the court which means more room and if there's more room then there will be some long bombs which everyone is excited about.

Will regular netball fans enjoy this?

I think they will. I'd say give it a go and enjoy it. It's going to be loud and energetic and I think that is what's going to be really surprising. It's going to be different, but it's going to be the good side of different.

Power Play. How will teams use this to their advantage?

You've got to time it well. You've got to get it done in that first 10 minutes. You just get two minutes where it's double the points so it will be really interesting tactically what coaches will want to do. Whether they will do it early on to get a high score on the board or will they wait further down that line towards the end of the game, so it will be interesting.

Shooting outside the circle will be a different skill-set. Will it be difficult and do you train for this?

Just from looking from watching the girls, I think it's all about just adding a bit more power they need to put on to the end of it. But obviously I'm a centre court player so I'll be on that circle edge helping them out if they need to get closer.

Who is the most dangerous team to watch out for?

I think for me any team has a chance. With all the imports who have come in, we've got Manchester Thunder and they've got brilliant players with Helen Housby and Sara Bayman who are England Roses. But we've got Peace Proscovia and Beth Cobden so I think it's really exciting.
