The Baltimore Ravens (3-7) will play their first match in eight years without their trusted quarterback Joe Flacco when they travel to the Cleveland Browns (2-8), live on Sky Sports 1 at 1.15am.
Flacco suffered serious knee ligament damage in the latter stages of the 16-13 win over St. Louis.
Veteran Matt Schaub is the first Baltimore player to start at quarterback instead of Flacco since Troy Smith in 2007.
More off-field problems for Johnny Manziel have dominated the Brown's pre-game build-up and the controversial quarterback has been relegated to third-string as Cleveland seek a response to their 30-9 defeat by the Steelers.
Browns coach Mike Pettine said he hasn't decided if Manziel will be active, but he was demoted when a video surfaced of him partying during Cleveland's bye week in Texas.
Manziel had been named Cleveland's starter for the final six games before his off-field behaviour got him benched.
Josh McCown, who missed the Browns' past two games with injured ribs, will start against the Ravens.
Watch the Baltimore Ravens travel to the FirstEnergy Stadium to take on the Cleveland Browns, live on Sky Sports 1 from 1.15am.
