LOLLY FOR DOLLY has enjoyed another ultra-consistent season in Ireland and made her journey to England pay off with a typically gutsy display. She was held up early in the centre of the track until her group tracked across more towards the stands' rail where Wayne Lordan found himself behind the majority of his rivals. He was looking for a passage at the two furlong pole and found one under the rail as the the fading Anna Salai dropped away - once in the clear Lolly For Dolly responded well and forged clear to record a clear-cut success. The places were filled by Chachamaidee and First City, that duo both travelling strongly into the race more towards the centre of the course. The latter looked to be involved in some light scrimmaging as she jostled for room under Jamie Spencer but it is fair to say it was not enough to affect the final outcome. Sajjhaa raced in the front rank throughout and looked to have every chance two out. She did not pick up quite as expected and could find just the one pace. Seta was another to be right up on the pace but she dropped out disappointingly and perhaps she is just not as good as we once expected. I'm A Dreamer could be one to keep an eye on for future and she ran a fair race in fifth. She was forced to race away from where the main action unfolded on the stands' rail but kept on quite nicely having been ridden two furlongs out. Music Show was just behind the pace and was also forced wide when making her challenge while Jacqueline Quest refused to come out of the stalls.
