London go into the clash on the back of a 46-14 defeat at Wakefield last time out, while Salford went down 52-10 at home to St Helens.
Broncos head coach Tony Rea is set to give debuts to scrum-half Jamie Soward, who is expected to start on the bench just hours after flying in from Sydney, and centre Ryan Shaw, who has joined on loan from Swinton.
Another loan signing, Jacob Fairbank, and local youngsters Joel Wicks and Harry Little will make their home debuts while prop Mark Bryant is out through suspension.
Rea is relishing the home crowd watching Wicks and Little in action, with the pair having performed well on their debuts against Wakefield last time.
Ready
He said: "They are coming in prepared and ready for it. It's a great opportunity for our home fans to be able to see these kids come through and enjoy them.
"They will definitely hold their spot, they were terrific. That's based on performance and not injuries, they've done a great job."
Salford coach Brian Noble will stick largely with the side that lost at home to Saints, with an improved showing in the latest defeat.
He may give a run-out to young full-back Niall Evalds while prop Jake Emmitt is facing a late fitness test.
