Gillingham have rejected a £2m bid from Bristol City for midfielder Bradley Dack.
The Robins have already had three offers for the 22-year-old turned down by the Sky Bet League 1 club during the transfer window.
Dack has been a key member of the Gillingham team this season and has helped them into second place in the table, scoring 14 goals in 33 appearances.
He has remained a target for Bristol City despite the departure of Steve Cotterill as manager.
However, Gills manager Justin Edinburgh insisted last month that Dack did not want to join the Championship strugglers.
He told BBC Radio Kent: "I spoke to Bradley and he made it quite clear he didn't feel that Bristol was the right move for him at this present time, which I was delighted with.
"He just wants to have success here with Gillingham right now."
