Adam Rank takes a minute to round up the best value and players to avoid going into week seven fantasy NFL

London-born running back Jay Ajayi is the biggest waiver wire target, according to NFL fantasy expert Adam Rank.

Dolphins second year back Ajayi had 204 yards and two touchdowns on Sunday as Miami upset the Pittsburgh Steelers to earn only their second win of the year. Rank sees Ajayi's role as the lead back, despite Arian Foster working his way back to fitness.

Despite a slow start, Rank believes that wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr is starting to come good for fantasy owners.
