Carberry set for record breaking attempt at Aintree

Nina Carberry could become the first female rider to win the John Smith's Grand National when she partners Organisedconfusion for her uncle, Arthur Moore. Carberry has a terrific completion record over the fences and took the Irish Grand National on the same horse last year. "Touch wood everything will go right now until the day, he'll stay sound and he'll be there in the line-up," said Carberry on At The Races. "He'll have a chance. If you're not in, you can't win and hopefully he takes to the jumps. Hopefully then he'll be there at the end and he'll be good enough. "It's hard to know (how horses will take to the fences). The best jumpers sometimes don't. He jumps well at home and he's jumped over a few of those fences, but you just don't know until you line up with the others. "It's who takes to it the best, and you need luck on your side as well."
