Connections of Disegno are in hurry to firm up plans for the promising two-year-old following his fine effort in defeat last month.
The Fastnet Rock colt, trained by Sir Michael Stoute, has plenty of fancy entries, including the Champagne Stakes, the Royal Lodge and the Racing Post Trophy.
Winner of a Kempton maiden on his second start, Disegno ran the smart Kodi Bear to a length and a half in the Listed Winkfield Stakes over seven furlongs at Ascot.
"He's a nice horse. He's in good form and Sir Michael will be making a programme for him," said Alan Cooper, racing manager for owners the Niarchos family.
"Sir Michael is in no rush to run him back. We will just see, take our time and in due course we'll make a plan.
"On paper will definitely stay a mile."
