      Verdict

      Baron Run carries a penalty for last week's victory at Hamilton where he beat Layla's Hero. He should figure again but GONINODAETHAT is just preferred. The latter was winning for the fifth time at this track when beating Jinky, Opt Out and stablemate Thournton Lady last time and Jim Goldie's charge may not have stopped improving yet. Lightnin Hopkins has tumbled down the weights if back to his best.
