In depth

Verdict

WHENEVERWECAN is penalised for winning at Musselburgh but looks to have little to fear from the others with racecourse experience. Poppy Pivot finished ahead of Merry Banter when well beaten in second here earlier this month and Born To Boogie’s earlier placed effort came in heavy ground at Ripon. Gabridan and Red Savina represent powerful northern yards and are both related to winning sprinters while Flawlessly is another newcomer to note.
