In depth

Verdict

Donald McCain has some good chances today but none more so than CLOUDANTE, who looks to have been found an easy opportunity to add to her debut success over timber at Musselburgh. Already a winner between the flags and of a bumper, she's destined for better things than this. None of her rivals have achieved much, either on the Flat or over hurdles, but something has to finish runner-up and it might as well be hurdling newcomer Miss Mohawk, who showed a bit more dash on her latest start on the Fibresand at Southwell.
